I am Amazing!Party of 16 at high noon a full restaurant, new prep cook in training and my sous Chef in the kitchen.My Chef/Boss was away.All went well. I just collapsed when i got home
Ha...they do that alot! Someone else is always in charge *wink wink* - they just don't know why it happens...hehe. I think that they just forget :)
