Job

Nope - i never Hated my job when I worked for selling phones. Did i like it - no - but I didn't hate it. I certainly did look forward to going. I like the people I worked with and they liked me.

This job ........ I like the job itself. I really do. Selling insurance is interesting and different each day, however, the people I work with make it suck

slept sooooo heavy last night after being at work all day catching up. I had sent an email to one the other ICBC girl to give me a hand while I was off. Get some of the phone calls done for me and the postcards.............Thanks for nothing.

I spent 2 hours making calls with my raspy sexy 1-900 voice. Hakcing a dry cough in between calls.

Just gotta make it to the wedding, then I can think about a move .........

No I am not a model. Why is there soooo much to be said about what i am eating or not eating at work. I choose to eat my big meals at home where I can fully enjoy them. Yes I am dieting, sort of. but I sure as Hell ain't starving. I am healthy. and I am losing weight in a healthy manor.

Quite honestly, if I could be the wieght i am right now and have my muscles toned and in good shape, i wouldn't care. Its the cellulite that is covering my abs that is gettin' me all worked up.

Are all offices like this? Petty, girls only out for themselves.

I remember serving them. These girls that seemed bored and created childish rifts between one another. Always having to have one they pick on for their own entertainment. Talk, talk talking, about things they know nothing about, but think they do. Malicious acts to prove ........... what I don't know. Waiting and setting each other up to fail and then laughing about it when the person isn't there .........Yup - I remember serving them and I also remember what I thought of them. Funny thing, now I am Stuck with them and I still think the same thing. This may be a form of Hell for me. Like being back in High-school.

Why is what everyone is eating for lunch the main topic of conversation every day? Why is what I eat for lunch always up for discussion and so ridiculed every day? Its like there is no reality. No real world. No .......... substance. I don't understand this universe I have crossed over into

being in an office that only has 6.5 staff ......... shouldnt it be a well oiled team? I dunno - I'm new to all this and have now learned to just keep to myself, watch my back and trust no one.

So the big day is Saturday July 30th - our honeymoon is from wednesda Aug. 3 - Saturday the 6th

The British are getting to the mainland with the m.inlaw either monday July 25 or Tuesday july 26.

so when do i book time for? Those of that have been marred before ....... how much time do I book before the wedding?

i was thinking I'd book from Thursday July 28th till monday August 8.

Do you thik I should book from the wednesday? Or from the Tuesday? How much last minute stuff will pop up that i have to tend to? I am unfamiliar with this part and am looking to people that have done it before for their own experiences to gain knowledge from. I also don't want to book TOO much time from work. Ridiculous time ...... know what I mean.

Teeth

We go for our first orthodontist appointment today. A consultation. I am remembering back to my first ortho appointment. Grade 7, by grade 8 I had full on tracks. Kept those babies goin' till my grad year. Yup - 4 years. Watched as other people got them and then got them off .......i still had mine. Full on geek I was. Totally insecure. Big glasses, horrible clothes, braces.......fashionable or cool I was anything but. Shy, insecure and a depressed anorexic?

So now we venture in to Charlotte. She will get her teeth looked at today. I will be given a $$$ number and then I will be waiting for my benefits to kick in so that we can get this done! I won't geek her out like I got geeked out. She can have clear. Hopefully she wont have to go through the pallet breaking, elastic wearing, oral surgery ect that I had to.

Shoes

So I didn't get the shoes. Just couldnt' do it. Why? Well I just think that I haven't totally exhausted every store yet! Wednesday i will go look at the wedding store in Maple Ridge and see what they've got. I don't know where else to look

Why is it sooo hard to find shoes? Well, I have some specifications in mind. For one - the color. The color is important and having shoes that can be dyed and will look good dyed that color is most important. Having a slingback is also important. Now I am partial to a closed toe shoe, mostly cuz it will look best dyed. However, if a sandal presents itself and knocks my socks off I could be swayed. Glitter and sparkle is also important. If the shoe doesn't have any, will it look good added. Next is the heel - that is almost the Most important. No More than 2 1/2 inches. 2 1/4 is best quite honestly. and Not Pointy. It has to be a thicker heel. Thicker point to the heel is more the thing. The ceremony is in the garden, i don't need to be sinking.

Yes, lots to think about when looking for shoes.

and Strappy can not be ordered online at all. I have to be able to try them on. I tend to get the sorest feet from straps on strappy shoes. Its now they come across my toes ........ anyhow - there you have it. My shoe dilemma
