Up, Up, up

I have been on a steady weight gain since the end of November.

I am back to watching what I eat and excercising. Yet........

Talkign with my Sister yesterday....I think its the Pinks.
Luckily I am a tits and Ass gainer. So right now I am just looking more shapely. However....anymore and I have to start buying new clothes!
I already don't fit a couple pairs of pants.
Summer is coming. I think I am going to go off them next week.
Being happy with no anxiety is Great!
Getting bigger is not part of the plan and I don't like that at all!

Don't be ridiculous. YOu can manage your weight without going off the pinks. You need to put your total health first.

I am doing a weight loss challenge right now. Wanna join in for motivation? We could wager 5 lb increments that way you can jump in anytime. Weigh in on Fridays.

Ummmm....NO! Don't go off your pinks for your weight silly! Being skinny and feeling wiggy didn't help you either! I actually gain weight the happier I am..... the more stress the skinnier I am..... the less stress the curvier I am! When I first dated & married my hubby I gained weight too.... then it evened out! :) Maybe just go for evening walks with Queen.

the plan has always been to go off the Pinks come spring when the sun comes out again.
I am Always better when i can get outside and work in the yard.
And of course this year I hope to Not end a 3 year relationship+NOT have peopel die+Friend deception+lose my job+date a married man+Ect.=Nervous Breakdown
I'll finish all I have which should take me to then end of March....then I'll discuss it with my Doc.
It is a well known fact that medications such as anti-depressents can cause wieght gain, Sweats, different body smells.....among someuncomfortable things.
Without the added stresses from the last few years taking its toll on me I think I'll manage okay without them in a month or so. Especially with the added stability of a Mountain Man in my life!
Untill then I will justr have to excercise harder!!!

i just want to go on record as saying I think it is a bad idea to off the pinks. Even in the spring. I have known you since we were 6 years old and can honestly say that in all those years... you are the most stable as I have ever seen you. And the great part is that you havent lost you in it. You are the same smart, witty, slightly twisted Kristi I have known and loved all these years.
my 2 cents... cha ching

that being said, I know body image is really important to you. You can manage this. Talk with your doctor about it. He may have some advice on foods and or supplements that could helpful. And if you get back into excercising, you'll be hotter than ever. =)

I agree with fruitloopgirl 110%!
I have known you for quite some time now and I have never seen you more metally coherent than you are now.
Want to lose or maintain weight? Exercise is the key -
besides skinny minny - you are FAR FROM FAT! As long as your man likes you that's all that counts.

I agree with the others....don't go off your meds!! Sure you are feeling good now...because they are helping you!! You may regret it if you go off them. So you gained a couple of pounds, it's not the end of the world...you look good. Health first!! If you DO decide that you want to go off them...be sure to talk to your doc though, maybe he/she can prescribe something else.

PS: Guys like curves!! :) Especially boots and butt! Think of how screwed up your body will be if every spring you go off and every winter you go on them... remember the foggyness of trying to figure out the right dose... waiting for them to kick in right.... going on no-name brand... it obviously effects you big time! Embrace your pinks!!! :)

All Fcts I know.
Thanks guys.

But i HATE being on medication. I don't even take pills for a headache.

We'll see. Theres lots to consider. And I do like living without the down times I used to get and the anxiety......

About your weight gain.... you must be eating differently. Try to figure it out and stop doing it.
