physio indoors and then 25 minutes straight walking in 2 sets - YES!  

bit stiff in the hip I very happy!

well turns out 10 mins of brisk walking, which is how I walk at work, is enough to do me in.
This is not getting better in 4 - 6 weeks!
i won't be back to ful time in two. there's No Way!
My leg is Hooped.
my back is still stiff. Neck? yah. But its so overshadowed by this stupid leg hip pain stiffness of not working right. Friggin'
i bet I'm off 4 weeks longer.....
