Sorry I have not responded until now. I was out of the office for a
couple of days and have returned to find Dr. ********'s report. I will
be sending Dr. ******** a copy and will need to set up an appointment
with you so we can review it further. Are you available next Thursday,
October 8th, I am available in the morning or afternoon, whatever works
