Thursday - Aquafit Friday - only 30 min Mall walk SAturday - Baby shower mayhem Sunday - i straddled a bench monday - kinda took it easy tuesday - just under 90 minute mall walk
Alvin is burrowing deep. Limp is back. I am still moving though and plan to for the rest of the night. My groin muscle aches. Bet you didn't realize how much you pivot in a day while just doing normal stuff. Like.....opening a door......well I do. Cuz i have the pleasure of twinges of pain in my ass groin and hip. i will keep going and I plan to walk again tomorrow! why am I pushing? cuz I need to. I need to get it in my own Freekin' head that I am not able to work yet! Cause i am so friggin' stubborn and for some stupid strange reason - i seem to forget the pain when it hasn't been around for a few days. Then I get it into my beeny blond brain of mine that I NEED to go back to work!
