Too Many Pills!

I've been so busy trying to remember to take my Pinks every morning I've neglected the Calcium.
Now I'm ovulating and the start of a migraine begins..........

calcium doesnt seem to have any affect of whether i have headaches or not, but taking sugar out of my diet has all but eliminated my headaches.... cool huh?!?!

Don't you get milk in paralyzers?

its the combination of calcium/magnesium that does the trick.

so funny thing... yesterday after spending the day with Sharlie and finishing up the last of my Christmas shopping, YAY!! I come home, and go to Sammantha's choir's christmas concert, which was just WAY too cute. Afterwards I get home, and everyone is in a fantabulous mood.... then wham.. it just hits me... that funky pain in the front of my head just behind my eyes, and the accompanying funky feeling moving up through my neck. to top it off my stomach has been unhappy for some time and now it is in full on rebellion. CARP!! Migraine. So I assaulted it with a couple pretty green pills and D started rubbing my neck and shoulders, which did help with the pain, but not so much with the nausea... then he rubbed my scalp and voila... all gone, except for the slight tingling in my neck which reminds me that one wrong move and I will have full blown migraine.
So i thought it was a funny that I was just teling you how I havent been having headaches. lol. REally, I havent. I havent had any of the daily, constant headaches that i have suffered for years, or the tension headaches which are a newer type for me. Just the occassional migraine that sweeps in. I tell you though, I will take the occassional migraine over having my head pounding day after day after day.
