i am scared and excited for what I will learn at my appointment in the afternoon. Mountain will meet me there after charlotte's lesson. I wil need an extra set of ears and questions What an adventure..... I am so very positive of it all
lol... ask about required insurances, pay out penalties (these are important to know in case you decide to refinance for some reason), any options they have for skipping payments, (it's amazing how many mortgages have a once-a-year skip a payment plan), rolling property taxes into mortgage
