2nd Chance

Currently there is a situation that i find fascinating happening.
a Do-over.
WE all get scenarios of do-overs in our lives and we try to use our past experiences to make the 'right' choices the next time. but how is it possible to know when its all new people involved. You Can't take the script from a hit play with amazing stars and apply it to a new one with new characters and Expect it to be the same marvelous sell-out it was with the Big Stars......can you?
The new characters trying to follow YOUR script, but actually having one of their own stuffed under the bed.
WEll she has a script that has the main characters, The Stars, in it that are the same.
New ones have popped in to take on the secondary roles. But it seems there are a lot of the same plot lines from the old script being used.
Does she follow the same script or re-write it?
The ending has to be different anyhow as the main end Character is unavailable at this time and there are a few new ones that have already signed a contract.
So no matter what, the end has to be different.
But the pre-ceding events that lead up to the end. Is it a re-write?
I dunno.
What I do know, is that the writers in Hollywood are still on strike.

I don't believe in do-overs. There is no such thing. There are second chances, totally different. Do over would mean do the same thing over. Second chance means you get the opportunity to try something again, with the knowledge and maturity to fix the mistakes you made once. Different characters, no but now they are 3 dimensional characters. With a lot more at stake... Makes it interesting doesn't it?
