I say....gather them all up. Put them on an island or behind a really really high electric fence with access to the crack and meth they soo crave. They'll kill themselves off. The ones that want actual help can raise a white flag and be airlifted to Re-hab.

but separate them by gender first so they cannot multiply - i teach MANY crack babies - it is not fun - no baby deserves that!

Aww, the poor wee babes. Why folk lead such sad lives is beyond me I'm afraid.
Do not even get me started! It is bad enough to deal with these people high but try dealing with them when they are off the stuff but have the mind of a 15 year old from the brain damage and stunted maturity! Not fun!
My dad has that very same idea!!!
