I haven't been to many amazing weddings... I would say I love to hear about the couple. Their hard time, their good times. I enjoy listening to the stories and when there is an open mike to tell stories. It is the best part!
I think the MC is one of the most important people. They make or break the reception. If they are boring, people will be bored! We just re-watched our wedding video and still to this day I loved our wedding. Mostly because my sister did an amazing job as MC. She was funny, told cute and heartwarming stories about us that surprised me. She found things around our house, cards we had written etc and asked our friends to share stories. It was very personal and everyone there felt the love. I look forward to hearing stories and seeing pictures and getting to know the couple better. I look forward to feeling the love at a wedding.
