I was sure wishing I had some of those last night let me tell you.

I think it has a lot to do with my posture. Which has gotten so bad in the last year.
gotta sit up straight!
And cleary drink more water when I take those friggin Pinks!

Yes the pills are super dehydrating. So drink up!

And yes Tums saved my life during my pregnancy. Since he lived under my rib cage for the last two months I got heartburn all the freakin time!! Thank goodness for Costco size Tums :)

I had it all three times with all three kids! I heard that it has something to do with how much hair they have.

heartburn is caused when stomach acids are getting up into the esophagus.
Reasons it gets into that place......
one of them is cuase the stomach is too close to the esophagus thus allowing the stomach acids to reach it. That being why so many pregnant women get it. Good posture helps with that.
Other causes are because the sphincter muscle has relaxed too much cause of different drugs, booze or cigarettes ect.
Relaxing stuff's.
Of course if its been eaten away over time. The sphincter and lower bits. All it takes is a spicy or acidy meal after original injury to the muscle, and you're done for life.
constant Heartburn.
no amount of sitting up straight or water is gonna help.
So no stef. a Hairy kid won't do it to ya.
but you made me giggle!

I'm so relieved about the hairy kids not being the cause .. you see I don't have any (kids that is) and yet I sometimes (not often) get heartburn .. so I was getting worried there for a time.
If a hairy kid suddenly appeared I was gonna head for them thar hills. Perhaps it's just fur balls?
