Laminate is the easiest thing on earth to keep clean! Is that what your land lady daughter wanted, to change your floors?
don't like laminate ... but I love wooden. Soooooo easy to keep clean. Gotta have a warm house though.
oh..., now I get it!Lamimate is an affordable update...Wood is my preference but not appropriate for that house, also there are some really nice linoleums out there that look a lot like tile!!
